We use a high percentage of alpaca wool in our socks, which makes they beautifully warm due to the hollow insulating fibres. Alpaca wool has been used by Peruvians for centuries and is known as the noble fibre, which is soft and luxurious, yet hard wearing. The fibre also has anti bacterial properties, which means they don't need to be washed after every wear and prevents unseemly odours. They are machine washable at 30 degrees, and, when looked after well, they will last a long time.
Our knee-high alpaca socks are available in three colours, inspired by our Scottish landscape. They are an excellent choice for anyone making lifestyle changes away from disposable cotton or irritable wool socks.
Perfect for you wellies or even as chunky slipper socks!
